To welcome the autumn, The Wittockiana dons its finest color and display in the council room’s cases bookbindings adorned with lush and natural motifs.

From ancient bindings to modern editions, flora and fauna weave themselves into the motifs, materials and sources of literary inspiration. Every piece is a tribute to the living.

Flora, fauna and bookbindings present notably Art Nouveau bindings with florals motifs, a historique herbarium and works incorporating unique materials, each piece a testament of this manifest fascination for the nature.
